Nadia Manzoor embodies one of her 21 characters in Burq Off!

Currently I'm working on the many visual aspects of promoting an independent theater production. For Burq Off! we started with some production photos but have some promo videos to come!

Burq Off! is an autobiographical play ripe with comedy and cultural commentary, by London-based playwright and actress, Nadia Manzoor. Running for a limited time from December 5th to 9th at the Richmond Shepard Theater, this highly anticipated new play will be directed and developed by Tara Elliott, the director of a Illiterates, a collaboration with the Farm Theater Projects shown at Robert Moss Theatre. Featuring Nadia Manzoor in her inaugural show as playwright and as the sole performer of a cast of twenty-one characters who deconstruct what it means be raised as a conservative muslim in a modern western society.
